Learn all you need to know about chocolate, it’s fascinating history, the journey of the cacao bean in Vietnam and more, before trying your hand at making your own bean-to-bar chocolate! Not to mention all the chocolate you’ll be eating.
Itinerary:
9h00 :We will pick you up at your hotel. From here you will be taken to the Chocolate Factory where you’ll be greeted with a refreshing welcome drink. And then it’s time to talk about anything and everything related to chocolate! From history all the way to the production and availability of your favorite sweet treat in Vietnam, our experts will cover it all as they guide you through the various stages of the chocolate factory. Saving the best for last, we will head off to a cocoa farm about 40 kilometers outside of Nha Trang city, where you’ll learn interesting facts about the cocoa tree and fruit from which chocolate is produced.
Now it’s time to put your knowledge to practice with a hands-on chocolate making experience! We will walk you through every step, from roasting all the way through to packing. A definite highlight of the day and a great activity for all ages to enjoy! We’ll even help you decorate your chocolate creation to either take home as a gift or to just gobble it up right there.
